Speak of the devil and he doth appear...

Description of the incident:
On July 13, 20__, at 0.00 local time, an infernal breakthrough of the 4th level (physical embodiment of a demonic entity) occurred in the Troeschensky district of the city of Kyiv. According to preliminary data, the location of the breakthrough was an industrial zone on Elektrotekhnichnaya Street (the exact location and persons involved are being established). The result of the breakthrough was the materialization of a class O demonic entity, in the form of a fifteen-meter humanoid figure in a horned pseudo-mask. The entity began moving southwest, towards the city center. At 0.22, the MSS of Ukraine (Ministry of Supervisory Situations) was notified of the incident, and two special teams of SBIZ (Service for Combating Infernal Threats), whose goal was to localize and contain the infernal entity, were sent to intercept the entity. In parallel with this, two priests from the nearest parish Orthodox church were brought in to perform restraining rituals. At 01.20, the object was discovered on Mayakovsky Avenue, where it caused damage to the city infrastructure, in particular, the Tau shopping center. The special brigade used disorienting means: light and noise signals, shells with powdered Sodium Chloride (salt). The infernal entity was scared and embittered, which forced it to change the direction of its movement. An attempt to lure the entity into the suburbs was unsuccessful - at 2.19 the entity changed course again, this time heading towards the Carmine shopping and entertainment center. The team decided to stop the entity near the shopping center to prevent further damage. To do this, several specialized vehicles scattered salt paths along the roadway and parking lot around the shopping center, creating a protective contour. Taken by surprise, the entity tried to climb onto the shopping center building (which could have led to the collapse of the interior), but became entangled in electrical wires and received a strong electric shock. Fortunately, no civilians were injured, and the entity was left paralyzed and demoralized due to multiple stressors. A team of specialists and clergy arrived on the scene, sprinkled the entity with blessed water and placed restraining seals in accordance with the prescribed instructions, thereby preventing the entity from resuming aggressive behavior. The entity went into a passive state, thus preventing the threat to the city. In the process of detaining the infernal entity, the electrical wires on the pole were torn, an advertising board with a roller display was knocked down, the glass unit of the outer window of the shopping center was broken and minor damage was caused to the external cladding of the building. The nearby Korean Vegetarian Snacks restaurant was not damaged.
At the moment, the threat has been localized and is under the full control of MSS specialists. A plan is being developed to dematerialize the infernal entity (exorcism) back to the Inferno, with minimal damage to the city and civilians. An investigation is underway to find out the reasons for this breakthrough.
